During the first Monday after Thanksgiving (Cyber Monday), Amazon has recorded sales of 36.8 million different products, an increase when compared with the same day of last year when they sold 26.5 million products.
Record number of new users was marked also on service Amazon Prime, which offers a variety of delivery benefits, lending of books from the Kindle library (Kindle Owners' Lending Library) and the use of Amazon Instant Video, a video on demand. So in just three weeks of December service Amazon Prime gained as much as 1 million new users.
