Corsair Vengeance K60 & M60 FPS Keyboard & Mouse Review at Legit Reviews
Written by Sean KalinichThe Corsair Vengeance K60 and M60 are a first person shooter inspired combo of keyboard and mouse. The K60 keyboard is mechanical and features Cherry MX Red switches, while the M60 mouse has 8 programmable buttons and features a 5700 DPI laser sensor. I'm pretty anxious to see how they will perform, so read along to see how they stack up to the competition!
"The time I spent with the Corsair Vengeance M60 and K60 has been very positive. They are both very comfortable and ergonomic. The wrist wrest on the K60 could stand to be longer, perhaps the full length of the keyboard. It’s hard to adjust coming from a keyboard that has a wrist wrest and then going to the K60 which only provides a rest for the left arm on the WASD keys. I understand this though, with it being an FPS motivated keyboard. The 20 key rollover is extremely nice, but something that I personally will never fully utilize but I’m sure that there are plenty of people out there who are more than capable of taking advantage of that..."

Super Talent USB 3.0 Express RC8 50GB Drive Review at Legit Reviews
Written by Sean KalinichAdmit it. You've often wondered what would happen if you took an SSD controller, like the SandForce SF-1200, crammed it into a thumb drive with gobs of NAND and let it run wild with an eight channel architectural design. Well, now you no longer have to wonder because we'll show you what happens when we put the USB 3.0 Express RC8 50GB flash drive from Super Talent to the test.
"In terms of performance, while we never did get the drive to hit the rated 270MB/s reads and 220MB/s writes, we came very close. Still, it's very cool to be able to plug into a USB 3.0 port and move huge amounts of data with ease in no time at all. We were able to stream high-definition video with nary a hiccup. Even with the turbo software in normal mode, this drive cooks but with turbo enabled it's simply amazing..."

Sapphire Radeon HD 7970 OC 3GB Video Card Review at Legit Reviews
Written by Sean Kalinichhe SAPPHIRE HD 7970 OC Edition features SAPPHIRE’s Dual-X technology, which means it uses five heatpipe GPU cooler with dual fan to providing quiet and very cool operation during all usage scenarios. The SAPPHIRE HD 7970 OC Edition ships with a raised core clock speed of 950MHz, and 1425MHz for the memory. Its Dual BIOS switch allows users to select an even higher overclock of 1GHz core and 1450MHz memory by just flipping a switch. Read on to see how this card performs!
"When it comes to overclocking we found the SAPPHIRE HD 7970 OC to be a blast to overclock. Using the SAPPHIRE TriXX overclocking utility we were able to hit 1310MHz on the core clock speed! This is a 42% clock frequency increase from a stock AMD Radeon HD 7970 GPU and the first Tahiti XT graphics card that we have broken the 1300MHz barrier with! How can you complain with a 1.3GHz+ core clock speed that was done without any mods on the GPU cooler that came on the card?"

ECS Z77H2-AX 'Golden Board' Intel Z77 Motherboard Review at Legit Reviews
Written by Sean KalinichECS is not a new comer to the PC market by any means. Today we have one of their latest entries into the Intel Motherboard market. The ECS Z77H2-AX Black Extreme 'Golden Board' is built with the extreme user in mind. It features the latest Intel Z77 Express chipset with all of the bells and whistles! How will the ECS Z77H2-AX Black Extreme stack up? Read on to find out!
"The ECS Z77H2-AX Black Extreme 'Golden Board' is without a doubt a very unique looking motherboard. It doesn't have the weapon type theme that we have seen on several other unique boards in recent history, but the gold on black color scheme did grow on me. I wasn't wild about it at first, but as I used the Z77H2-AX over the past few weeks and had it sitting on my test bench, I really began to like the look of it. Though unfortunately looks won't carry a board, it also has to have the performance. The ECS Z77H2-AX Black Extreme retails for $309.99, with a price tag at that level, it darn well better have performance to spare..."

"Giving the specifications of the Rosewill R5 chassis a quick look through, we start to get an idea of what the R5 chassis has to offer us. One of the main things that I personally like about the Rosewill R5 chassis is that this particular chassis can handle up to six HDDs, and they can be either the 3.5” HDD or the smaller 2.5” HDD/SSD, or a combination of a little bit of both. For cooling, the Rosewill R5 chassis can handle up to ten 120/140mm fans..."

Kingston HyperX 3K 240GB SSD Review at Legit Reviews
Written by Sean KalinichKingston did a fabulous job with their HyperX SSD, earning our Editor's Choice award last year. They've taken that same formula, dropped the endurance of the NAND along with the price, and give it a little different color scheme to offer up the HyperX 3K drive. How does it compare in performance to the original HyperX drive as well as the other drives we've tested? Take a peek to see!
"The benchmark results on the Kingston HyperX 3K 240GB SSD came out very much as we expected. Performance nearly mirrors that of the Kingston HyperX 5K drive and places itself amongst the best drives we have tested. The read/write specifications of 555MB/s and 510MB/s respectively are good to start with but we saw the writes exceed that specification in the ATTO benchmark by an additional 24MB/s. Real world scores were very good as well and since we've spent several months using the 5K drive in one of our 24/7 systems without incident, we expect to see the same consistent performance from the 3K drive..."

Corsair Obsidian Series 550D Case Review at Legit Reviews
Written by Sean KalinichSilence, clean air, loaded with features, handles six hard drives with ease. Does this sounds like the description of the top of the line case from a boutique builder, well you would be wrong. Legit Reviews takes a look at the latest mid-tower case from Corsair, the Obsidian Series 550D. The Corsair Obsidian Series 550D was engineered for enthusiasts, but the designers didn't forget about noise reduction and sound isolation.
"Now that Corsair has figured out the formula to churn out enthusiast grade cases it is no surprise they tried their hand at building a silent case. The Corsair Obsidian 550D borrows a lot of the features from the rest of their case line up and even adds a few new ones such as silencing panel on all but the rear fan ports to allow you to run cool or silent..."

Zalman Z11 Plus Black Case Review at Legit Reviews
Written by Sean KalinichZalman has been known for combining beauty and functionality into their products and the Z11 Plus chassis that we are looking at today is no exception. The Zalman Z11 Plus Mid Tower has a meshed front panel, black interior coating and side panel window to make it look hot on the outside. On the inside three 120mm fans and two 80mm fans keep your hardware nice and cool.
"Today we are going to be looking at one of the many Zalman’s chassis’: the Z11 Plus chassis. This particular chassis incorporates a unique feature that I have yet seen on other manufacturer’s chassis. And that being, an HDD cooling system incorporated into the chassis directly. Instead of just placing a fan on or near the HDD’s, like other manufacturer’s do, Zalman specifically designed a powered venting system on this chassis that will help keep our HDD’s cool during their usage, and not have that heated air circulate inside of the chassis."
