Dell introduces the XPS 11

Dell at the fair Computex introduced the XPS 11, to be precise the prototype version of it. It is a computer with a screen diagonal of 11.6-inch in ultra-high resolution which is 2560x1440 pixels.

The notebook is based on Intel's Core i5 processor from Haswell generation, housing is made of carbon fiber and has thickness of 15 millimeters. The screen can be rotated so that the laptop is used as a tablet, and after the notebook is opened at the level of more than 180 degrees, the keyboard is automatically turned off. As far as connection ports it has USB 3.0, Thunderbolt and an SD memory card slot, also the tablet comes with an active stylus.

Other information such as battery life, size of RAM and permanent storage of data have not been published. The launch is scheduled for the end of this year, when the price will also be announced.
