SteelSeries introduces two gaming keyboards with somewhat unusual layout and size of individual keys and the advanced capabilities of the backlight. These are keyboards Apex and Apex [RAW], both with low profile keys and the uplifted macro keys for faster retrieval and spacebar of enlarged dimensions.

Keyboards have a tactile mark on the W key for faster return to normal hand WASD configuration, and there is an anti-ghosting ability for proper registration of up to 20 simultaneously pressed keys. Keyboard Apex has the ability to display backlight in 16.8 million colors, and has support for SteelSeries ActiveZone advanced adjustment of the backlight buttons in eight levels of intensity for each of the five zones and four distinct layers in each zone. Keyboard supports macro programming up to 504 combinations (22 special macro buttons) and has a few keys to control multimedia, and her price is 99.99 dollars

Apex [RAW], as the name suggests, comes as a more fundamental issue with the classic white backlit buttons and a small number of macro keys (17 of them) and a maximum of 250 programmable macros. The suggested retail price is lower, and amounts to 69.99 dollars. Keyboard will go on sale in the second quarter of this year.
