Taiwanese company Acer has introduced two new models of smart phones that will come at affordable prices. Acer Liquid E3 has a 4.7 inch 720p IPS screen, quad-core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz, 1 GB of RAM and 4 GB of internal memory for data storage. The rear camera is a 13 megapixel with Acer's super-fast focus and f/1.8 aperture. The operating system is an older version of Android, 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.
