Samsung recently introduced a sports armband Gear Fit, the latest addition to the line of smart watches Gear 2, which caused a huge demand in the market, at least by Samsung's partners and distributors. Just ten days from its official launch, as reported by the Korean MK News, all factory stock of this gadget are sold out. This month, according to this source, Samsung delivered between 200 and 250 thousand pieces of Gear Fit.

Google launches Android OS for wearable devices

Google through its official blog announced a new operating system that will run on future wearable gadgets such as smart watches, bracelets, etc. The new operating system is called Android Wear and as its name suggests is based on the well-known Android. In order to use small screens such come right along with clocks, Google has adapted whole interface.

Nokia at the global level received a patent for his invention described as a flexible batteries. According to the description, mentioned batteries should be able to wrap around one axis, and will be manufactured for installation in a “multifunctional portable electronic devices.”

Razer drops their own smart watch; the Nabu

Wearable tech seems to be the big thing going right now.  Companies like Nike, Sony, Pebble and LG have all got their hands in it with their versions of the smartwatch.  From the elegant to the downright gaudy, there are a lot to choose from right now.  We saw several of these at CES 2014, but the one that really set itself apart from the others for me came from what may seem an unlikely source: Razer.

iWatch delayed because of manufacturing problems

Apple 's smart watch, or simply iWatch is a product whose release is expected for a long time now, and in the meantime it got a fairly large number of competitors. The long-awaited presentation still has not happened , and the reason are not marketing games from Cupertino, but something completely different . The Information Portal has reported that Apple has certain problems in the production of the mentoned device iWatch.

Samsung's smart watch Gear gets an(other) upgrade

After receiving the latest updates,  Samsung Galaxy smart watch Gear has become even "smarter". The new improvements refers to the ability to display information about receiving messages via Gmail, Twitter, Facebook or Hangouts. However there is a small problem with Gmail notifications, when users receives more than one message at a time, informations for all those messages gets scrambled together into one notification.

Google Glass to use a Wink to capture images
