Xigmatek Orthrus cooler

Xigmatek has officially unveiled Orthrus SD1467, processor cooler initially demonstrated at the recent Computex. Cooler is by dimensions and characteristics designed for demanding users and more powerful configuration with processors from the upper market segment.

Orthrus has a copper base, and seven heatpipes with a diameter of 6 mm and two-tier design with two separate coolers with aluminum sheets and associated fans. Two heatpipes lead to lower bottom cooler, while the rest of the heat is transferred to the upper cooler paired with a 140-mm fan. The lower coolr has a 80-mm fan, and for both Xigmatek emphasize super silent work, FCB bearings and white LED lighting.

According to official specifications, Orthrus is able to cool to 180 W TDP, and can be mounted on the E-ATX, ATX, micro-ATX and mini-ITX motherboards and cool all Intel and AMD processors. Price were dnot disclosed yet.
