Fire TV is sold in the U.S. at a price of $ 99, and is based on a customized version of Android, while it is opertated by the unnamed quad-core processor, has a separate graphics subsystem, and 2 GB of RAM. Like similar competing devices, Fire TV is supplied with the remote, but unlike them it offers the possibility of issuing voice commands and search facilities. It also offers an extra gaming controller for which you will have to cash out additional $40.
Through the Fire TV Amazon intends to promote their own services for buying and streaming video, games and a variety of other services and applications, but they also made partnerships with other companies, such as Netflix, Hulu and ESPN.
