Is Razer’s 17.3-inch BLADE gaming laptop best in the game?
Razer released their “Blade” gaming laptop this year and the first version of it was amazing, although it did have a few kinks in the overall gaming experience. According to Razer they revolutionized the mobile gaming industry with the original Blade and is now setting out to do it all again. But what exactly separates the Blade from other laptops that are on the market?
1 Tb/sec internet download speed?!
The speed of various ISP’s has improved many times over since the birth of the internet. I’m sure many of us can remember the days when dial-up was the best you could get. The E-World was dependent on companies such as Netscape and AOL. Shortly after, DSL companies would follow offering speeds far greater than dial-up. At this day and age companies that use copper lines are reporting speeds of just around 100 Gb/sec. But what if the average consumer could get speeds of 1 Tb/sec?
EA is up for sale?
Quite a rumor is swirling around the tech world today. Supposedly EA is making preparatory efforts to sell their company. Furthermore, what adds credibility to this notion is that the “rumor” is being reported by the New York Post and not some random dime-a-dozen blog on the internet.
Digital video game sales on the rise
Within the last few years more and more developers have been turning to digital sales as a means to sell their games. In fact, many companies can base nearly their entire success on digital sales. Companies such as Steam and Origin are some of the first that come to mind when consumers think of buying games online. Major companies such as EA and Activision Blizzard are expecting digital sales to exceed physical media sales within the next few years.
Xbox 720 developer’s kit sold on EBay?
A while ago we posted an article describing the alleged Xbox 720 “Durango” developer’s console, and the efforts being made by a certain person to sell the console on the Assemblers Game Forum. Last night someone did in fact sell the console to a very fortunate soul on EBay for a final price of $20,100 USD. The question is; how likely is it that this is the actual console and not some opportunistic scam?

Lenovo shared a little about the device, including the fact(s) that it will feature a 10.1 inch screen, digitizer pen, 4G models, and a pay as you go plan. However, Lenovo didn’t say too much regarding what the hardware specs of the tablet will be. Thankfully, after a little browsing on the internet some leaked info can be found.

Making IRL money in Diablo III
Have you ever seen the gold farmers in MMORPG’s that stand around in crowded areas advertising for gold/item buying websites? In most cases, this activity is enough of a reason to ban a player from said MMO. However, in Blizzard’s record breaking game Diablo III it’s quite the opposite. In fact, the company actually allows item trading for real life money in the games auction house, taking 15 percent for itself of course.
Will video game graphics reach “Reality” quality?
A popular topic of discussion when it comes to video game graphics is whether or not there will ever be graphics that are so realistic that they match reality. It’s a given that with the speed of progression within the last decade that we will eventually have graphics that match reality, but the question is how soon? According to Industrial Light and Magic (ILM) it’s not as far off as some might think.
Xbox 720 Info Possibly Leaked
Information about the next-gen xbox console has been leaked, giving a pretty good representation of what we can expect from Microsoft for their next system. Somebody using the alias DaE tried to sell the console, code named “Durango”, for a large price of $10,000 on the Assemblers Game Forum last weekend, but their posting was quickly deleted and their rights to post on the forum were revoked.
