As already known, the Canadian company Blackberry is in serious financial problems. They announced financial results for the second quarter of this year (until August 31), according to which the total GAAP loss reached $965 million. From this amount, the losses due to stockpiling devices that were never sold, which includes the cost of their storage and delivery, accounted for about $934 million.

Costs of reconstruction amounted to $72 million. Such losses largely eliminated the positive effects of the company's revenue in the second quarter, which totaled to $1 billion. Creating unnecessary supplies generally refers to a mobile devices BlackBerry Z10 and Q10 based on the new operating system BlackBerry 10 that was supposed to save the company.

However, sales of these devices has failed, and even BlackBerry themselves admitted that most of the 3.7 million shipped devices were based on the older BlackBerry 7 operating system. Only registered growth was in the enterprise sector with a greater proportion of BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 (BES 10), which is now present in 25 thousand commercial and test servers, which is an increase compared to 19,000 in July this year.
