The device works exactly like the iPhone 5, which means that (as expected), 5S represent only the usual upgrade of existing devices, such as was the case with the 4S. According to this information, the iPhone 5S will have a 4-inch IGZO screen with a resolution of 1136x640 pixels, quad-core PowerVR SGX544MP4 graphics processor, dual-core CPU, which will have a slightly higher clock speed than the existing A6 processor, 2 GB of RAM, NFC and fingerprint scanner.
According to these specifications, the main improvement will be in the advanced Sharp's IGZO display, which should offer a better picture with less power consumption. For something more, looks like we will have to wait until the iPhone 6.

According to the Chinese portal EXP Review, an unnamed source from the component suppliers of Apple gadgets, sent them a few pictures of the new iPhone 5S and most importantly, found a few new interesting technical features.
