Google is aware of applications for the Android operating system abuse which is done by developers. Users  quite often spend more time after installing the application on shutting off the ads then they do by actually using the app. Because of these programmers there are apps that block ads, which are not in Google's favor because ads are source of income for them. In order to put an end to these practices, Google introduced new rules for the developers.

From now on, Google will block every application that is displaying ads or links to them in the notification bar, but also those that will make changes on the device without previously informing and obtaining permission from the owner. Also applications that put fixed shortcuts on the main screen and bookmarks for the purpose of advertising will get blocked.Applications that have any wrong information about themselves, such as fake user reviews, misleading names of developers and websites where they come from will get the same treatment. Google will not tolerate any applications that collect and publish confidential information found on the device, showing pornography, calling for violence, hate speech and gambling.

Applications of this kind will not be blocked overnight, Google gave developers one-month deadline for the correction of deficiencies.
