Before you can engage in online competing against owners of the console version of the new Pro Evolution Soccer you will have to install two patches that unlock access to online mode. The first patch upgrades the game to version 1.01 and the other one (problematic) ensures that all players have updated information on clubs and players.

The problem with the second patch, or package updates, appears already at the download which takes an unusually long time, and after that it will display an error and stop the installation. All of prevents players from accessing online components, leaving them doomed to offline gaming, and it is not necessary to say that some of them bought the game just to play online.

Although the problem can be bypassed by manually inserting Data Pack on Konami's console gamers are recommend to wait for the official correction, which should arrive in the shortest possible time.
