Samsung might launch the Galaxy S5 at MWC

Written by

Reading time is around minutes.

On several occasions we had the opportunity to hear that the next Samsung flagship smartphone will be launched earlier than expected. Information is now somewhat confirmed by the head of Samsung's design team.

In fact, according to Dong-hoon Chang and transmitted by Taiwanese sources, the Galaxy S5 could be presented at the Mobile World Congress in February. In addition, the device will be made from „new material“, which could mean that they will use aluminum or some other light metal.

If the information proves correct, it will mean a shift away from Samsung's tradition in recent times where smartphones were presented on their own events instead of on big fairs. From Samsung have not yet officially commented on Chang's statement.
