AMD makes bold claims at Computex 2014 says they are ready to go toe-to-toe with Intel
At AMD’s press conference during Computex 2014 they showed off their new Kaveri mobile CPUs and made some pretty bold claims. The first of which was that these new APUs were ready and able to be compared directly to Intel Core i5 and i7 CPUs and in many cases beat them in terms of performance. The Kaveri line up is not exactly new as the desktop flavors were launched last year, however AMD is saying that the new mobile versions are something very special.
Over $1 million in Bitcoins stolen
BIPS, one of Europe's most popular wallet services for virtual currency Bitcoin was the previous day target of extensive DDoS attacks during which 1295 Bitcoin coins were stolen which amounts to around $1.02 million.

Microsoft on the BUILD conference announced some more information about DirectX 11.2, which will come with Windows 8.1 and Xbox One. Possibilities of a new API, that will provide an even greater level of detail in future games, was demonstrated by vicepresident of Windows department, Antoine Leblond.
2012 looks like it is the year of the leak; this time it is nVidia... again
Wow it looks like this month is the moth for leaks; we have seen early leaks on Intel’s Z77 chipset, nVidia’s mobile Kepler GPU and even early full reviews of Intel’s Ivy Bridge (this incident sent some at Intel over the edge). Now we have new leaks on nVidia’s Kepler. The first leak was a simple one that involved the early publishing of nVidia’s GTX 680 launch video. Apparently this was leaked on the eve of the launch (which if rumor is to be believed) is tomorrow some time.
