Crytek joining the MOBA genre
Crytek has finally officially announced its new game Arena of Fate, confirming that at the release will be available for the PC and the next gen consoles. Arena of Fate is a fantasy MOBA (although Crytek describes only multiplayer title) in which two teams of five players compete in the quest for dominance. The game will offer us a number of well-known and popular characters such as Frankenstein, Jack the Ripper and Baron Munchhausen.

First wireless stream of 4K content

Two companies joined forces, and this week demonstrated wireless streaming of visual content in Ultra HDTV or 4K resolution from the laptop to the presentation screen. Wilocity is a manufacturer of wireless chips with multi-gigabit speeds at a frequency of 60 GHz, while the company DisplayLink is responsible for development of the "USB graphics technology'" which includes a combination of smooth display of video, low latency and ease of USB technology.

Curved TVs from Samsung and LG

The battle between Samsung and LG is not subsiding. After Samsung just before the IFA presented their curved UHD OLED TVs from 55 to 65 inches, which were said to be the first UHD OLED TVs with curved screen, after the official opening of the IFA 2013 fair in Berlin, the situation looks a little different. Specifically, Samsung now can only say that they were first to present such TVs, because LG today unveiled their own UHD OLED TVs that also come with curved screen, and even more interestingly, LG TVs are bigger, and come with a diagonal of 77 inches.

New “panoramic” monitor from Lenovo

Lenovo today unveiled its big 29-inch ThinkVision monitor LT2934z that comes with 21:9 aspect ratio, which offers 33% more width than the standard 16:9 monitors, and can reasonably be called a "panoramic monitor". Monitor uses Advanced High Performance IPS (AH-IPS) LCD screen that gives viewing angle of 178/178 degrees and covers almost 100% of sRGB color gamut.
Redesigned Youtube app for Android

Google has redesigned the Android YouTube app and now interface greatly resembles the Google Play store. On the left side tehre is still the previously known menu where you can navigate through your subscriptions and recommendations, while the rest of the interface is presented in the form of cards.
