In October, there have been rumors that Samsung might in their next flagship mobile phone, the Galaxy S5, install a scanner for identifying users through the pupil. About the same time the patent was applied for such a system of identity verification, and these rumors received an official confirmation that the Korean company is actively working on it.

Samsung for 10th November announced the release version of their Galaxy Tab tablet designed for children. Device called the Galaxy Tab 3 Kids comes in green and yellow, has a 7 inch screen with a 1024×600 resolution, 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, 1G of RAM and 8GB of storage.

Samsung has announced operating results for the third quarter. The company achieved an operating profit of $9.6 billion, while total revenues amounted to more than $55 billion.

A thing that most of the smartphone users love to see just came to Samsung Galaxy S4, of course, we are talking about new version of Android OS. The new update brings, along with corrected bugs, improved stability of the operating system.

According to the Korean press, Samsung could unveil its latest smart phone in January next year. Apparently, we could see Galaxy S5 in sales already in February. It would be a month earlier than usual Samsung's rhythm of presenting the flagship model of the company.

Although only few weeks have passed since Samsung introduced the first smart watch from the Galaxy Gear line, allegedly already in early next year we could be seeing his successor. Looks like they just wanted to publish their first version of the device just before Apple did, so now they plan to publish an improved version.

After Samsung at their conference at the IFA in Berlin presented their smart watch Galaxy Gear, many wanted to know whether it can work also work with other Android devices and not just Galaxy ones. Specifically, Galaxy Gear currently only works with the Galaxy Note 3 phablet, making it much less interesting to those users who do not intend to buy the product just to be able to enjoy the benefits of Samsung's smart watch.

Samsung has delivered over 20 million units of their most advanced smartphone, Galaxy S4, the company confirmed for the Korean newspapers. The result is better than S3 managed to achieve, but the official confirmation of the information is still awaited.
