GTA 5 Could Hit the Streets on November 7th

GTA fans might have something to look forward to in November if a recent rumor turns out to be true. According to UK retailer Gameseek, the next installment in the Grand Theft Auto series will be hitting the streets on November 7th 2014. This is not that far off and ties in with a few other items that have been floating around about the game.

We have been covering the issues with GTA Online since they were first reported. Many of these issues appear to have been due to the services not being ready for general availability. Rockstar’s in ability to quickly find a fix ended up creating a rift between them and their customers. Simply put a game development company cannot react to the type of issues that we saw with GTA Online. Fortunately there is something of a happy ending to all of this.

In the realm of throwing things at the wall to see if something sticks we can add RockStar games. RockStar games has been trying anything to fix the massive number of problems that have plagued the launch of their GTA Online game. The issues have gotten so bad that many are on the verge of simply walking away. After we reported about the continuing issue with the loss of progress in the game we received multiple reports of people losing high level characters even when the game engines were reporting as online. This is not a minor issue and it certainly is one that RockStar needs to fix.

There is nothing like working hard in a game only to find all of your progress lost after you exit and reenter the game. This is where many players of the GTA Online game are finding themselves after the launch of the online extension of the popular game. The situation seems fairly straight forward; a player exists the game and when they return they either find missing progress or their character is simply missing. What is missing (other than the player) is the why in this issue. RockStar games has been working on a fix since the launch of the game with almost daily patches and updates.

Over 570,000 gamers want GTA V on PC

More than 570,000 PC players signed the online petition by which they ask Rockstar to speed up realease the PC version of the Grand Theft Auto V, which is already available on current generation of consoles since last month.

It seems that the multiplayer component of the Grand Theft Auto 5 will support up to 32 players. At first, it was confirmed that the GTA Online will support conflicts of up to a maximum of 16 players. In addition to the alleged increase in the number of supported players arrive the news about gameplay modes that will GTA Online contain.

Take-Two Interactive reveals that they are extremely proud of the overall success of Grand Theft Auto 5, which is truly on its way to be ranked among the best games ever released.

Do not install GTA V content from “play” disc

Grand Theft Auto V on Xbox 360 comes in two discs, one designed for installation and one that should be in the console during game play. Although the console itself supports both installation disk to access the data faster, Rockstar advises players not to install content from the "play" disc.

According to VG247, Grand Theft Auto 5 has recently been listed as the most expensive game ever. It is estimated that on the development and marketing was spent 170 million pounds, and the whole thing can be compared with the budgets of the famous Hollywood film works such as Pirates of the Caribbean or Avatar.
