Samsung's Galaxy Note 10.1 Already Rooted

rootgalaxynote10 1-690x517

Although Samsung’s Galaxy Note 10.1 has just hit the market the device has already been rooted by the team at RootGalaxynote.com. This actually should come as no surprise when you consider that the Note 10.1 is probably very similar internally to the original note and other Samsung products currently on the market (and also the fact that it comes with Ice Cream Sandwich). As of right now the root only works for the European and Saudi Arabia/UAE versions and we have no word on when the US or other Firmware versions will be rooted, but we except it to happen very soon.

untitledMicrosoft is making a “super-secret” announcement on Monday and it has already invited select members of the press… Wait a minute does this sound familiar to anyone else? Sorry we had a momentary flash back to some of Apple’s announcements. In fact it this this similarity that makes many people believe that the show on Monday June 18th will be the official show for Windows RT (and a Microsoft made tablet).

evo4gWhen you think of “smart phones” you tend to think of two things. Android and iPhone (at least in the US that is the school of thought) this is despite the fact that there are many other operating systems available. There is Windows Mobile, WebOS, Symbian, and even others that are less common. Still the big battle seems to be between Apple and Google. Of course Google no longer makes a smart phone, so we are really talking about iOS Vs Android.  Both sides have fans that would make the most ardent religious zealot look like an indecisive teenager. Because of this you cannot always trust what is written out there about the two.
