Ukraine's Top Tech Photo has created an online photo editor called... Edit
The Ukrainian company Top Tech Photo produced another photo-editing web application with simple and easily memorable name - Edit, which allows users to work on photos taken in BMP, PNG and JPEG format. Although it has only basic options it is useful for quick editing of photos when you dont have some other powerful tool at available.

Twitter on their blog publicly announced their intent to use "cookies" in the browser, which will be installed on users' computers, and will be used for their monitoring. Of course, the basic idea is that this service will give them data on the habits of users so they could sell them to companies later, who will then be able to create personalized deals.
HTML 5 getting closer

The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) today took two important steps on the path of standardization for the new version of HTML. We now have a release "candidate recommendation" for Hypertext Markup Language 5, thus making it very clear that the development of HTML5 is coming to an end. Another important step is the issue of the first draft of the HTML5.1 standard, which is being developed in parallel with HTML5.
