Three new Nokia devices based on “Android”

Nokia finally officially unveiled its smartphone with Android OS at the MWC. However, this is not what Android fans had hoped for, and it turned out that the device will serve the spread of the company's services to attract users to the Lumia devices.

The next upgrade of the Windows Phone 8.1 should be launched in early April. One of the features that the OS currently lacks is the so-called center for notifications. Has the time come for Android based Nokia phones?

Nokia is developing an Android device , atleast according to sources close to the manufacturer. One of the smartphones on which Nokia is currently working carries codename Normandy, and it is a unit intended for the lower price range. Also, it was revealed that Nokia uses custom Android, rather than the Google's version, something like Amazon is using for its Kindle Fire tablet.

In 2003 Microsoft started work on a new kernel for their operating systems that was smaller, more efficient and working in ways that no other OS had before Microsoft called this Singularity. It represented a completely different approach to software and operating system design. In 2008 Microsoft released the last version of Singularity was released to the public from Microsoft and the project was “officially” ended in 2010. For many we thought this was the end of the project and the end of a shift in thought from Microsoft.
