Twitter purchased MoPub

Twitter has taken over the company MoPub, which is known for its own advertising platform for mobile devices. MoPub was founded in 2010, and has its own advertising platform for which they claim that it serves over a billion ads a day to users of applications on Android and iOS.

Twitter has announced that they plans to integrate MoPub's technology for real-time bidding so advertisers can more accurately determine the quantity and automate their purchases of advertising space. They also highlights that MoPub should continue with its current operations without change.

Official information on the value of the whole acquistion  were are presented, but according to information going on around the internet, it's about $350 million in shares.
