Element14 website for Raspberry Pi enthusiasts

Element14 is a company that deals with the distribution of electronic components and now they have launched a website intended for projects based on a  popular small computer Raspberry Pi. Since the device has sold more than a million copies, the site seeks to maintain good sales results, and encourage as many hobbyists of all levels to create projects.

Projects are divided according to their complexity in several categories; projects for beginners, intermediate-level projects and demanding projects for experts. Each project contains a list of equipment that is required to create it, whether it's an ordinary cable or some complex electronic element. A number of projects already exists on the page such as the beginner's project of converting Raspberry Pi into a laptop computer controlled by an Xbox 360 controller.

Expert guides try to teach people how to make efficient consumption meters of water used for watering the plants in the garden or home alarm system that sends alerts via text message or e-mail. So if you are interested to start working with Raspberry Pi be sure to check their website
